White Owl Cleaning Company has been professionally cleaning Homes and Offices in the Cork area for more than 12 years now. Our cleaners are well trained and vetted. Feel free to contact us, we will be happy to provide references from our clients.
In general, our house cleaning services team works from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5p.m. While we do not offer weekend, evening, or public holiday cleaning services on a regular basis, we may be able to arrange this on an occasional basis. Simply get in touch with us.
Yes. In the unlikely event you are not absolutely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us and we’ll address any concerns you have or alternatively we may provide you with a full or partial refund.
Yes, White Owl Cleaning Company is fully insured with public liability up to €2,600,000.
We don’t like to offer a standardised price as every home, building or company has different requirements. Our competitive prices are tailored to your needs so that you don’t pay for anything you don’t need.
All our domestic cleaning services require a minimum booking of 3 hours.
Each contract is priced differently. We will arrange a time and date which suits you where one of our team will come, chat with you and take a quick look at what is required. Once this is done, they develop a price. This is then turned into a cleaning proposal which is sent to you. The cleaning proposal includes important information about our cleaning contractors and will include a full breakdown of the price.
Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home or office. We transport all tools and supplies in a vehicle, together with the cleaning team.
Yes, we offer a wide range of cleaning services from deep cleaning, general maintenance, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, window cleaning services, power washing services, end of tenancy cleaning, builders cleaning and lots more. Take a look at our website for full details.
If your regular house cleaner is sick or on holiday, we will ensure that a replacement is sent over and is fully trained in cleaning your specific site.
Please know that we are fully insured. If you have any items which are particularly delicate or of high sentimental value, please let us know at our initial meeting so we can discuss your wishes. We treat your possessions with the utmost care. In the highly unlikely event that something is damaged or broken, the supervisor will leave notification for you and we will contact you immediately.

For one off cleaning services such as end of tenancy, after builders, and spring cleaning etc. we accept cash or bank transfer. Payment is due on completion of the service.
For regular home cleaning services, the most convenient way is to set up a standing order for bank transfer. Our bank details are available on request.
